The majority of the work undertaken is usually connected to issues of
employment law arising in the course of business of the firm's corporate
and other institutional clients including high net worth individuals
looking for effective personal tax planning arrangements.
The firm advises on all employment related issues with regard to government
or quasi-governmental bodies and employees or applicants of such institutions which also
give rise to issues of tax, immigration and administrative law
which are dealt with by this department.
The department provides legal advice and assistance in the following,

service agreements, including executive service agreements and
director's remuneration agreements
employee share ownership schemes
collective service agreements such as in relation to factory

This department handles a broad range of immigration law issues, usually
in relation to the obtaining of a work permit by foreigners.
Apart from work related accidents, usually on behald of its corporate and
other institutional clients, this department advises and handles litigation
in relation to all types of major personal injury matters.
