This department handles all aspects of employment law on behalf of both employers and employees.

The firm advises on all employment related issues with regard to government or quasi-governmental bodies and employees or applicants of such institutions which also give rise to issues of tax, immigration and administrative law which are dealt with by this department.

The department provides legal advice and assistance in the following, both contentious and non-contentious matters:

  • service agreements, including executive service agreements and director’s remuneration agreements
  • employee share ownership schemes
  • collective service agreements such as in relation to factory workers, employees in the hotel and leisure hotel and employees of administrative and municipal bodies.
  • drafting of employment regulations
  • unfair dismissal
  • staff provident funds
  • discrimination
  • promotion
  • restrictive covenants
  • work accidents and employer’s liability
  • all other aspects of labour law
